The Head Chef of Sosban Restaurant is Sian Rees who originally is from Kidwelly, so a local girl who made her name as a top chef in London working in restaurants such as Claridge’s L’Esgargot and Galvin’s Bistro de Luxe in Baker Street.
Sian’s partner Ian Wood is General Manager of the Restaurant. Ian has also been Head Chef at various high end restaurants including Terence Conran’s Boundary in Shoreditch and Almeida in Islington.
Both Sian and Ian are also Directors at Sosban Restaurant. They are both passionate about using quality produce and love the fact that they can cook and serve our locally grown fresh produce for their many customers to enjoy. They also know that we are just a ‘phone call away should they ever need more of our produce at short notice.Sosban Restaurant was awarded AA Restaurant of the Year 2012-2013 which is an incredible achievement and we are extremely pleased to know that our fresh produce had a part in this amazing award.
